Booming Games launches Fish Tales: Double Catch Max Scatter

New slot adds Max Scatter and Barrel Boost features and lists 10,000x max win potential.

Booming Games has launched Fish Tales: Double Catch Max Scatter, the latest title in its Fish Tales slot series. The supplier said the game runs on a 5×3 grid with 10 fixed paylines and offers a maximum win potential of 10,000x.

The release introduces a new Max Scatter mechanic. Booming Games said Scatters can pay up to 10,000x, with 1-5 Max Scatters landing as part of the Free Spins trigger to award from 100x up to 10,000x.

The company said Scatter and Max Scatter symbols are collected into a pot that can trigger the Barrel Boost feature, which collects Scatters and can trigger Free Spins on any spin. In Free Spins, Wilds collect Fish symbols for cash rewards, while Wild and Fish symbols feed “progressive trails” that can unlock Fish symbol multipliers up to X10 or award up to 20 Extra Free Spins.

Booming Games also detailed a set of optional Bonus Buy options priced at 75x, 150x and 250x the bet amount, each described as guaranteed to trigger the Bonus feature. The supplier added that a BOOST+ feature in the base game increases the chances of triggering features.

Craig Asling, Director of Games at Booming Games, said: “Fish Tales: Double Catch Max Scatter is a great example of our ability to add new features to proven mechanics, taking an already popular game series to new heights. We’re confident that players will enjoy the powerful bonus features, in particular the Max Scatter mechanic, that combine with a large win potential to create an ultimate gameplay experience.”
