SPORTFIVE Hungary Signs New Agreement with Stats Perform

SPORTFIVE Hungary, the exclusive marketing agency of Hungary’s most successful football club, the 36-time league champions Ferencváros, has signed a new agreement with Stats Perform to use Opta Graphics to power the club’s digital content and fan engagement channels.

The cooperation gives SPORTFIVE the ability to produce world-class visual content, powered by live Opta data, to deliver highly engaging insights to Ferencváros fans around the world as well provide greater visibility to club partners through branded social content.

Recent updates introduced to Opta Graphics now make it even easier for content teams to create and distribute memorable graphics in real-time, and at scale.

As well as featuring a wide range of engaging Opta-powered images, including heat maps, shot maps and goal sequence charts, the platform now provides creators with greater flexibility to build and archive an unlimited number of templates, incorporate assets aligned to their brand guidelines and produce multiple graphics simultaneously optimised for different social channels.

The agreement extends Stats Perform’s existing footprint in Hungarian football, where the company already provides extensive performance and fan engagement solutions to the national federation, MLSZ and every NB I club.

András Igaz, CEO SPORTFIVE Hungary, said: “At SPORTFIVE, our goal is to help Ferencváros connect with its fans through engaging, relevant and informative content that adds value. Supporters today expect deeper insights into player performances, team trends and key match moments, and data plays an important role in delivering those stories.

“As we continue to develop new ways of engaging fans and creating value for our partners, we were looking for a solution that combines trusted football data with fast, high-quality visual storytelling. We could not have found a better partner than Opta.

“Opta Graphics gives us the ability to transform live football data into content that is easy for fans to understand, share and engage with, while also creating new opportunities for sponsor integration across official Ferencváros digital channels.”

Ferencváros has one of the most active and engaged fanbases in Central Europe and throughout the 2026-27 campaign, Opta Graphics will enable them to consume more visually-led stories as a result of shorter production times, less manual work and increased content automation across official club channels.

Steve Xeller, Chief Revenue Officer, said: “This agreement builds on Stats Perform’s growing work across the region. We are delighted to expand our collaboration with Ferencváros, Hungary’s most successful football club, and to begin working with SPORTFIVE Hungary.

“By combining the power of Opta data with AI-assisted content creation, we are helping clubs and federations across the region modernise not only their team performance analysis capabilities, but also the way they connect with fans before, during and after every match.”
