1spin4win calls on the iGaming community to support children’s healthcare in Kenya

1spin4win, an established slot provider, announces a charitable initiative supporting children facing cancer and CNS-related conditions in Kenya, while inviting the wider iGaming community to join the cause.

At 1spin4win, creating impact goes beyond the iGaming industry. With its new social initiative, the company aims to support children in need while encouraging the industry to come together around a meaningful cause.

To support this mission, the game provider is launching United for Impact — a charitable initiative dedicated to helping children with cancer and CNS-related conditions in Kenya. Through the campaign, 1spin4win invites partners and the wider iGaming community to join the initiative and contribute to collective change.

Limited access to specialized healthcare creates barriers for families seeking timely medical help for children with complex health conditions like cancer and CNS-related disorders. According to estimates, the country records around 3,000 new childhood cancer cases each year. However, the true number may be higher due to frequent misdiagnosis and the absence of a comprehensive national pediatric cancer registry.

This often contributes to delayed treatment and poorer outcomes for children. While survival rates for childhood cancer exceed 80% in many developed countries, in Kenya, only around 20% of children survive. Late diagnosis, limited access to specialized care, and treatment abandonment caused by financial barriers remain among the key factors behind this disparity.

As part of the United for Impact initiative, 1spin4win will support Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital Foundation, the charitable arm of one of Kenya’s most established pediatric hospitals. Founded in 2010, the foundation works to expand access to quality healthcare for vulnerable and underserved children nationwide. Backed by a network of 18 medical centers serving over 400,000 patients annually, the organization provides treatment, specialized care, and outreach help for families in need.

The decision to support healthcare in Kenya reflects 1spin4win’s growing presence in African markets. As the studio continues to expand across the continent, it has built relationships with local iGaming brands, partners, and communities. In addition, the team has recently attended the iGaming AFRIKA Summit 2026, further strengthening its ties with the region.

Valiantsina Dubavets, Head of Marketing at 1spin4win, shared, “The iGaming industry is growing rapidly — new markets are emerging, major events are bringing people together, and a strong professional community continues to take shape. At a time like this, we believe it is especially important to direct some of that collective attention toward real social challenges. At 1spin4win, we see it as our responsibility to use our platform to contribute to initiatives that matter beyond the industry.”

Dr. Doreen Karimi, Oncology Doctor at Gertrude’s Children Hospital, commented, “By partnering with the Gertrude’s Hospital Foundation, your contribution goes directly toward breaking down the structural and financial walls that stand between a sick child and a healthy future. This includes covering complex procedures, training frontline health workers in remote counties, equipping specialized infrastructure, and supporting vulnerable families to prevent them from falling into poverty.”

The United for Impact campaign will become part of a broader series of activities aimed at connecting the iGaming community around charity causes and encouraging a culture of responsible business within the industry.
