Punt123 rolls out OtherLevels personalised bet prompts via BetMakers Apollo

Australian sportsbook Punt123 has launched personalised customer bet prompts using OtherLevels’ Sports and Experience Platform, the companies said on 3 June 2026.

The rollout uses OtherLevels’ existing integration with BetMakers’ Apollo sportsbook platform to deliver automated live race and form information alongside personalised bet recommendations. Punt123 said the prompts are delivered to customers both in and out of session via the Intercom or Xtremepush app push platforms.

A spokesperson for Punt123 said: “The bet prompt capability from OtherLevels has given us a simple, highly effective way to re-engage our customers at exactly the right moment. Because it’s fully integrated with the BetMakers Apollo platform, the rollout was seamless, and we’re now able to deliver timely, relevant prompts that drive both activity and retention without adding operational overhead.”

OtherLevels CEO Brendan O’Kane said: “We are very excited to partner with Punt123 to deliver top-quality, real-time racing content and bet prompts to their customers. It is fantastic to bring these top-end capabilities to specialist operators, as it further differentiates the quality of customer experience that they offer compared to larger corporate bookmakers”.

Neither company disclosed performance metrics such as uplift in engagement, conversion, or bet velocity following the launch.
