BGaming has announced the launch of BGaming Quests, a daily-mission retention system aimed at one of the most expensive problems in iGaming: keeping players active beyond their first week without burning margin on bonuses. The tool is funded end-to-end by the studio and joins Drops and Challenges to form BGaming’s three-pillar engagement suite, now live across more than 3,000 operator integrations.
Quests introduces a structured daily retention loop where players complete missions, unlock milestones, collect Coins, and exchange them for rewards, all within a fully managed and fully funded system operated by BGaming.
Unlike traditional tournament mechanics focused on competition, BGaming Quests is built around individual player progression and habit-forming engagement. The system motivates players through low-pressure daily micro-goals and transparent rewards, helping operators drive longer sessions, higher activity rates, repeat visits, and improved player lifetime value without additional operational workload or promotional costs.
BGaming Quests invite players to complete three daily missions by playing the studio’s games. These tasks include familiar gameplay activities such as completing spins, placing a specific number of bets, using Buy Bonus features, or reaching multiplier targets and cumulative multiplier sums. Tasks are refreshed daily, creating a consistent engagement loop that encourages players to return regularly and continue progressing through the Quest.
As tasks are completed, players reach milestones that advance their progress towards collecting Coins. These Coins can then be traded for cash prizes, which are automatically credited to the player’s account. This process is fully transparent, with players not needing to meet additional requirements to claim their prizes.
The promotion is built around a progressive system. The further a player progresses through the Quest, the more rewards they unlock. This encourages players to set their own mini-goals and objectives, leading to longer sessions and higher retention rates for operators.
Unlike Challenges, BGaming Quests are non-competitive. They are focused on the single-player journey, emphasizing individual progress. This ensures there is no pressure to compete, allowing players to complete tasks at their own pace and strengthening their lifetime value.
BGaming Quests have also been designed with operator convenience in mind. The system is managed end-to-end by BGaming, with payouts and tasks being 100% controlled by the studio. All rewards and prizes are fully funded by BGaming, ensuring there are no additional costs for the operators.
The studio will also deploy regular thematic updates to keep content fresh. These updates will be tied to seasonal events and moments, such as Halloween or Christmas. It’s important to note that this refresh is managed entirely by BGaming, removing any operational costs from operators.
Julia Alekseeva, CPO at BGaming, said, “With BGaming Quests, we have enhanced our already strong selection of player engagement and retention tools. Both BGaming Drops and Challenges have proven successful with operators, and Quests complement these perfectly.
The daily challenges provided by Quests give operators with a structured and predictable daily engagement tool that will boost the lifetime value of their players and increase engagement.
From a player’s perspective, these tasks are also highly enjoyable and rewarding. There is no pressure to complete tasks, with players able to work through them at whatever speed they want.”
