ICONIC21 launches Free Chips promo tool for live casino operators

ICONIC21 has launched Free Chips, a new promotional tool designed for operators running the supplier’s live casino portfolio. The company said the feature is built to work within existing promotion structures and can be used across acquisition, retention and reactivation campaigns.

According to ICONIC21, Free Chips allows operators to set customizable bonus amounts on any live game and tailor campaigns to specific player segments, goals and promotional windows. The company said players can track remaining chip balance and winnings in real time.

ICONIC21 said winnings convert automatically to a player’s main balance once chips are exhausted or a wager cap is reached, with “no manual steps and no delay.” The tool also includes automated notifications designed to update players at key milestones.

Edvardas Sadovskis, Chief Product Officer at ICONIC21, said:

“Free Chips gives operators a simple and effective promotional tool that works across the entire live portfolio. It easily adapts to different campaign strategies and is especially effective for player acquisition, allowing players to try games for free while still having a chance to win real rewards.

We designed the infrastructure to be clean, automated, and easy to manage, so operators can focus on campaign strategy rather than operational complexity. That is what a strong promotional tool should deliver.”

ICONIC21 positioned Free Chips as part of a broader product rollout over the past year, citing additions across live casino, slots and RNG games, operator studio builds, and its Arrow Chase “continuous experience” format.
