Endorphina Video Celebrates Women in the Workplace for International Women’s Day

“Sisters are doing it for themselves!”

Yes, Endorphina is honored to celebrate the achievements of females in the workplace on International Women’s Day with a vibrant video tribute starring their own wonderful women.

Endorphina’s short, but fun, film features the company’s feisty females sharing their own thoughts and feelings on how women are shaping the modern working iGaming environment.

International Women’s Day gives focus to issues such as gender equality, and Endorphina’s ladies were well up to the task, with lots of go-getting answers to some very honest questions.

“Creativity and joy do not depend on gender, or age, but solely on personality,” said Kateryna Muzyka, L&D Manager, when asked: “What’s one stereotype in tech or gaming, that you personally enjoy breaking?”

“We are not just for show,” offered Junior Sales Manager, Yulyia Lasiankova. “We can be more skilled, competitive, and better than many expect.” Their spirited comments certainly covered a lot of ground.

“Some people think that women in iGaming are not involved in real action,” said Anatasia Zafesova, Admin Manager. “But my all-women admin team organises around 500 trips a year. And trust me. That’s real action.”

In fact, Partnership Manager, Svetlana MD Masud, was wagered by a man in her first event that she wouldn’t make it past her probation period. And she’s still here! Let’s hope he paid up…

Lia Zulkarneeva, Product Manager, summed it up nicely when asked: “If someone still thinks iGaming is a male industry, what would you say to them in one sentence?”

“I would say check the leaderboard; it speaks for itself,” she boomeranged back.

Those were just some of the thoughts and opinions but there are even more to enjoy. Please take a few moments to check out the Endorphina tribute video on YouTube, and LinkedIn. You may even see a few bloopers!

This global day honors the achievements of women and promotes gender equality, empowerment, and women’s rights, so all that’s left to say is that your dedication and hard work do not go unnoticed.
