Karolina Pelc joins Jurnii as investor and strategic advisor to accelerate global growth

Jurnii, the digital experience agency built on proprietary AI-driven insights, has welcomed pioneering iGaming operator and founder Karolina Pelc as Investor and Strategic Advisor. Pelc’s arrival instantly strengthens Jurnii’s leadership team as the company enters its next phase of expansion.

Pelc has more than two decades of experience in gaming and digital entertainment, having held senior roles at Betsson Group, William Hill Online and LeoVegas (now MGM). She is also the founder of BeyondPlay, which was acquired by FanDuel in 2024 — a move that confirmed her as one of the sector’s most effective innovators.

“To have Karolina on board is a huge win,” said Fraser Dunk, CEO & Founder of Jurnii. “The next phase of Jurnii is about scaling, expanding our product suite, and entering new markets. Karolina’s expertise will be pivotal in shaping our corporate and commercial strategy and in supporting our fundraising efforts as we grow.”

Pelc added: “After closely watching Jurnii’s progress, I’m excited to step in formally. The team has solved real problems: operators spend hours every day manually auditing and tracking competitor activity. Jurnii’s suite of AI solutions allows them to do this automatically and almost instantly, so they can re-price or reposition faster to win market share. That makes a significant difference in iGaming.”

Pelc’s hire underscores Jurnii’s expansive mission to become the go-to diagnostic tool for iGaming teams looking to optimise their front-end experience.
