Kambi decides to cancel 2,193,675 repurchased shares

Kambi Group plc (“Kambi”) has today approved the cancellation of 2,193,675 shares. The shares were acquired as part of previous share buyback programmes and the cancellation of the shares is in line with the intention to improve Kambi’s capital position.

On 25 November 2025, Kambi’s Board approved the initiation of the process to cancel 2,193,675 shares. The process is expected to be completed, and the cancellation taking effect, on 1 December 2025.

Following the cancellation, Kambi’s issued share capital will amount to €83,130 and the total number of issued shares in Kambi will be 27,709,944 with a nominal value of €0.003 per share.

Kambi will still hold 400,000 shares to satisfy its future obligations arising from the employee share option programmes.

BLAST & Ubisoft Unveil Industry-First LED Floor Technology at the BLAST R6 Munich Major

  • BLAST & Ubisoft introduced a world-first glass-surface LED floor at the BLAST R6 Munich Major, delivering immersive stage visuals
  • M80 claimed the championship title, defeating European favourites Team Falcons 3-1 in front of thousands of fans at the BMW Park Arena.

BLAST and Ubisoft have set a new benchmark for live production at the BLAST R6 Munich Major last weekend, unveiling a cutting-edge LED floor in an industry-first.

The three-day event at the BMW Park Arena drew thousands of fans onsite and millions more views online, culminating in M80’s 3-1 victory over home favourites Team Falcons, who enjoyed strong support from the European crowd.

The Munich Major centred around the theme “Keep Your Head Above Water,” inspired by the powerful currents of Munich’s iconic Eisbach River.

This river-driven concept shaped the entire visual identity of the event. As teams were eliminated, the water level on their side of the stage visually rose, building tension until a final wave effect washed them out of the competition. The theme connected the tournament to the host city while creating a dynamic narrative that unfolded match by match.

The introduction of the LED floor made this theme truly come alive, enabling ripples, currents and wave animations to interact directly with the stage and react in real time to gameplay moments. The result was one of BLAST and Ubisoft’s most immersive and story-driven productions to date.

Deployment of the world’s first LED floor constructed with a full glass surface, integrated live game visuals directly beneath the players to create a dynamic, reactive stage environment.

Specifications included:

  • 43,264 pixels per square metre, totalling 24,920,064 pixels across the full floor
  • 4500 nits peak brightness, far exceeding the brightness of a standard consumer display
  • Seamless integration with in-game cues, broadcast graphics and show content
  • High-performance server network operated by:
    • 4 disguise VX4 media servers

    • 16 total 4K outputs

This stage installation marked a significant step forward in immersive staging, combining LED engineering, stage design and real-time content playback into a single, high-impact platform.
