Guidelines for Notifying Change of Control (License Holders)

Please see attached the guidelines regarding changes of control in a CGA licensed entity.  These guidelines apply to all
relevant changes involving UBOs, shareholders and/or persons with a qualified interest.

Restrictions for Applications in Progress: As previously announced, changes of control are only permitted for license holders. Any entity with a licence application still in progress may not undergo changes of control—such changes will not be accepted or processed by the CGA.
