GGPoker Launches Next Chapter of microFestival Online Poker Series with $10 Million Guaranteed Prize Pool
Running June 15 through June 29, microFestival has been designed to cater to all bankrolls with event buy-ins from $1
GGPoker, the World’s Biggest Poker Room, is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated return of its microFestival, running from June 15 through June 29. With an impressive $10 million in guaranteed tournament prizes, this year’s iteration of the world’s largest micro-stakes poker festival promises to be even more exhilarating for poker enthusiasts of all levels.
GGPoker’s microFestival stands out as the premier online poker event for players with modest bankrolls, featuring No-Limit Hold’em, Progressive Knockout (PKO), and Pot-Limit Omaha tournaments with buy-ins from just $1.
The festival will feature a number of headline events:
- June 22: $5 micro Global Festival [Final] – $400K GTD
- June 22: $10.80 micro Omaholic Mystery Bounty Festival [Final] – $200K GTD
- June 29: $10.80 micro Mystery Bounty Main Event [Day 2] – $1.5M GTD
- June 29: $5.40 micro Omaholic Bounty Festival [Final] – $100K GTD
Adding to the excitement, Second Chance Freerolls return as part of this year’s festival, ensuring that every participant will feel like a winner. Players who fail to cash in any microFestival event will receive a free ticket to one of the following day’s $3K daily freerolls. In total, $100,000 in prizes will be up for grabs across all Second Chance Freerolls.

Midjiwan, the award-winning independent studio behind The Battle of Polytopia has today announced The Polytopia World Championship with a prize pool of $10,000 USD and a live final broadcast from Stockholm.
The Polytopia World Championship is set to launch this fall, uniting players from across the globe in an epic showdown of fast-paced strategic mastery. The tournament will be themed to Battle of the Tribes. Players will choose to compete with one of Polytopia’s 12 in-game tribes; each with a unique regional theme and skillset.
The tournament will begin with open qualifiers, giving everyone a chance to prove themselves. From there, players will advance through tribe-specific playoffs and head-to-head elimination rounds, each match bringing them one step closer to glory.
The top six players will earn a spot in the live finals in Stockholm on December 6: an in-person event streamed online for fans worldwide. In addition to live commentary of the tournament, the fan event will also provide behind-the-scenes content from the Midjiwan team.
The winner will be awarded a prize pool of $10,000; making this tournament the biggest competitive event in The Battle of Polytopia’s nine year history.
