Neosurf to Unveil Exclusive Player Data Insights in Part 2 of the Unfiltered Webinar Series

Innovative cash-to-digital payments company invites industry figures for a behind-the-scenes look at how US market insights have helped build its next-gen wallet

Having previously shared a number of fascinating insights into the betting and budgeting habits of players in the US, Neosurf is now inviting the iGaming community to learn how these findings have been built into its product in the second part of the Unfiltered webinar series.

Titled From Research To Reality: How We Built Player Feedback Into The Neosurf Wallet, the follow-up discussion will see CEO Americas, Sue Page, and Global CEO, Andrea McGeachin, explain how data from the company’s market research was used to design WagerWalletby Neosurf  – a next-gen wallet built specifically for the needs of sports bettors and the challenges faced by operators.

Scheduled to take place on Wednesday, June 11 at 10:00am EST (3:00pm GMT), attendees to the webinar will learn how player feedback shaped smart WagerWallet features that support player budgeting and Responsible Gaming without adding friction and provides it tools to help solve common operator pain points, such as the high costs of redeposits.

Over the course of the webinar, Sue and Andrea will look at what the research y revealed about players’ expectations of what the user experience for a digital wallet should be and how these findings were used to improve WagerWallet into a product that could meet those demands.

In particular, the conversation will explore how WagerWalletbyNeosurf’s in-built budgeting tools and dashboard will provide players with a complete overview of their sports betting spend across multiple platforms, and provide intuitive, and unintrusive budgeting and RG measures within the payment workflow
