SOFTSWISS Rolls Out Ultimate Report Builder for iGaming Operators

Reading Time: 2 minutes

SOFTSWISS, a leading iGaming software provider, introduces an upgrade to its Game Aggregator – the Ultimate Report Builder. This report is a fully customisable analytics framework that consolidates fragmented reporting into a single, adaptive interface. Designed for casino operators, the tool allows users to build tailored reports and uncover actionable performance insights without relying on multiple dashboards or external tools.

The update marks a significant technical enhancement for SOFTSWISS clients, introducing a new level of transparency in revenue analytics. In the back office, casino operators can now view the dynamics of GGR across multiple dimensions, including time periods, casinos, providers, and games. This enables faster access to performance data and supports more informed, data-driven decision-making.

Replacing fragmented reporting workflows, the Ultimate Report Builder consolidates these insights into a single environment. It supports up to four levels of hierarchical data grouping, allowing users to customise how information is structured and for what purpose. For example, the report can be configured with the following parameters:

  • Casino > Month > Week > Day – tracks casino performance and trends to compare several projects;
  • Provider > Producer > Game – shows most/least popular games and providers within the casino;
  • Player ID > Currency > Provider – checks a player’s gaming preferences.

The tool’s dynamic report table enables real-time filtering and data sorting, while additional features include flexible GGR trend tracking across variable timeframes.

By integrating these capabilities, the new report builder supports more sophisticated operational queries without the need for custom report development or manual data inquiry.

“Our goal with this feature was simple – put data in the hands of our clients in the most intuitive and powerful way possible. The Ultimate Report Builder isn’t just about better reporting – it’s about enabling smarter strategy across every level of an iGaming business. Operators can now view their business performance through exactly the lens they need, without relying on predefined templates. It’s a shift from passive reporting to active data modelling,” says Tatyana Kaminskaya, Head of SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator.

The update is already available to existing Game Aggregator clients and is expected to play a key role in helping them automate insight generation and refine performance strategies at scale.

The SOFTSWISS team will be available to discuss partnership opportunities at SiGMA Asia 2025, taking place from 1–4 June.
