Symplify, the Stockholm-based market leader in CRM and AI cloud solutions, has signed a new partnership with leading sports betting and gaming platform, WiseGaming.

The platform provider has an extensive portfolio of partners who leverage its turnkey and white-label solutions to grow rapidly. Partnering with Symplify allows WiseGaming to integrate another important engagement feature within its proprietary CRM, data hub, and multiple communication channels.

WiseGaming will also now leverage Symplify’s Campaign and Journey builder modules, as well as full site conversion testing modules. Together these will empower WiseGaming’s partners to create customised and AI-optimised experiences for their players. This expertise in optimising marketing strategies will directly help positively drive customer satisfaction and higher lifetime value.

In June, Symplify enhanced its engagement tool suite with the launch of its Instant Messaging service. This channel is designed as an umbrella channel that will, in the near future, encompass multiple messaging services after its debut with Telegram.

Symplify’s Head of Sales Christoffer Feldt-Sørensen said: “WiseGaming has quickly become a force in the international iGaming space and boasts of an impressive list of partners. Working together will allow WiseGaming to use our cloud-based CRM and AI ecosystem to build on their growth momentum by engaging with its audiences on a deeper level.”

WiseGaming Commercial Director, Steven Paton, commented: “Symplify’s powerful 360° communication platform is a perfect fit for our proprietary technology and supports our mission of providing our partners with the very best iGaming solutions.”
