With VCT EMEA Stage 2 now well underway, we’re delighted to announce Paysafe (NYSE: PSFE) as a Main Partner for VCT EMEA and VALORANT Game Changers EMEA until the end of 2025!

Paysafe’s paysafecard solution, which can be used as an online payment method on VALORANT’s PC Client, will be promoted on the broadcast, in the Riot Games Arena in Berlin and on our social media channels for the remainder of the 2024 and 2025 VCT EMEA and VALORANT Game Changers EMEA seasons. Fans attending the arena can also look forward to special promotions to try out paysafecard for cash purchases in their favorite games.

Paysafe’s top-ranking prepaid payment solution paysafecard offers our fans a simple and safer way to pay online with cash, without having a bank account or credit card. For over 20 years, this widely accepted prepaid card has been a popular payment method for gaming enthusiasts, so many VALORANT fans will already be familiar with paysafecard.

Making this partnership come to life, paysafecard will showcase the special in-game segment THRIFTY, calling out teams that win a save round against teams who invested significantly more into the round. Additionally, paysafecard will present a VCT EMEA Stage 2 Grand Final content series, featuring short-form video content covering player and talent predictions, analyses and highlights of the best moments from the Finals.

“Since paysafecard was launched more than two decades ago, video gaming has been a central part of our payment solution business,” said Alisa Barber, Chief Marketing Officer at Paysafe. “We are laser focused on giving gamers a variety of payment choices to enhance their playing experiences, including the option to securely and easily pay with cash. There is no better place to demonstrate our commitment to esports than by fueling the fun of the VCT EMEA & VALORANT Game Changers EMEA by providing players with another way to pay for unforgettable playing experiences.”

“paysafecard is very popular among the gaming community, so we’re delighted to introduce Paysafe to VALORANT Esports EMEA fans,” said Daniel Ringland, Head of VALORANT Esports EMEA. “We’re always looking to enhance the experience of our fans, and by partnering with Paysafe across two of our VALORANT Esports EMEA products, we believe we can offer a better, safer and more seamless payment experience to our community.”
