APE entered into a distribution agreement with IDX Games Ltd.

Asia Pioneer Entertainment Holdings Limited (“APE” or the “Company”, with its subsidiaries collectively referred to as the “Group”; Stock Code: 8400.HK) is pleased to announce today that it has entered into a distribution agreement with IDX Game Ltd. (“IDX”), Asia’s leading supplier of ETG Display Control Systems and Advanced Table Trend Board Solutions. According to the signed agreement, APE has been appointed as the distributor of IDX to sell their products, including X Stadium, X Trend, X Table Management Dashboard, and more, in Macau and The Philippines.

IDX launched as a new brand in 2019, dedicated to casino technology and equipment. IDX is committed to creating comprehensive intelligent gaming solutions and innovative products for the gaming industry in the Asian market. Particularly, the creative X Stadium, IDX’s flagship product, is an advanced display and show control system designed for the ETG Stadium on the casino floor. Recognizing the increasing market’s attention to the development of smart tables and digitalized gaming equipment in the gaming industry of Macau and Southeast Asia, APE decided to cooperate with IDX to bring the most advanced products to the casino floor and create a brand-new gaming experience for the players.
