Million Games Acquires Spiffbet’s Game Development

Million Games has recently acquired Spiffbet’s game development business including STHLM Gaming AB and Rhino Gaming games encompassing associated intellectual properties.

The acquisition allows Million Games to expand its portfolio with an additional 21 games such as Perfect Catch, Ricky Riches and Van Gogh, which brings a compelling pipeline of games to its platform. The deal will help Million Games establish itself in a competitive market place and shorten the time to launch new games.

The acquisition provides a win-win situation for both companies as Spiffbet can still offer the games to its own casinos through the deal. The deal will instantly grant Million Games exclusive access to its intellectual property and will allow Million Games to tap into STHLM Gaming AB’s creative prowess and leverage its existing game portfolio to a whole new player base.
