Senior Business Development Manager for ITL celebrates 20 year milestone
Christian Czeskleba, Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) for Innovative Technology, marks 20 years with the cash handling and biometrics solutions provider this month. Based in ITL’s German office in Hamburg, Christian has seen the company become a leading innovation-led global technology business.
Congratulating Christian, Marcus Tiedt, Innovative Technology’s Sales & Marketing Director said, “It has been a pleasure to work with Christian over the past 20 years. He is a key part of our sales team especially here at our German office. His hard work and dedication to ITL can be seen in the various promotions he has received and I would like to thank him personally for his commitment. Christian now heads up sales in our biometrics division and has been integral in pushing these exciting age estimation and access control solutions out into the market.”
Commenting on his long-standing achievement, “ I started with ITL as a repairs and support technician back in 2003 in our German office in Pinneberg. A couple of years later I moved into my first sales role, which had a technical focus concentrating initially on German customers. I soon took responsibility for the extensive South East Europe region in 2009 as Business Development Manager looking after both retail and gaming customers in the region. I was promoted to Senior BDM in 2018 and in 2020 took responsibility for our biometrics range sales.”
Marcus added, “Christian has in-depth technical knowledge as well as excellent sales expertise. He is well known and respected by both our customers and the rest of the sales team. As well as having business development accountabilities, he ensures our sales team has the correct sales processes in place.”
Concluding Christian said, “I feel very lucky to work for a multi-national team in a high-tech company that values and supports personal development. I enjoy working with customers to solve their problems by delivering smart solutions. I also like attending events and exhibitions to meet customers and understand market trends. I am looking forward to continuing to have a successful career with ITL and developing my skills in this exciting and constantly transforming industry.”
