Isle of Man-licensed operator welcomes Dan Kent, Danny Carrington and Ruairi Daly to its senior team

Maverick Games, the next-generation crypto sportsbook and casino that puts player safety and security first, has strengthened its senior management team with three big hires as the business continues to grow at speed. The Isle of Man-licensed operator has welcomed Dan Kent as Director of Poker, Danny Carrington as Marketing Director and Ruairi Daly as Marketing Manager.

Kent has worked in the iGaming sector for more than twelve years, holding senior roles at two of the largest online poker brands in the world. He is trusted by the poker-player community and will be responsible for ensuring Maverick Games’ poker offering not only meets but exceeds expectations.

“My main objective is to bring in a steady stream of players while offering some of the most competitive rewards in the industry,” a statement from Kent read. “We want to offer a safe and fun place to come and enjoy playing online poker and, as always, I will advocate for the player by taking their feedback and implementing it into the Maverick Games experience where possible. We really have put a lot of focus into our customer experience and service and want players to know they will be well looked after when playing with us.”

Carrington is a marketing veteran having worked for power player operators such as Entain, Rank Group and William Hill over a stellar seven-year career. At Maverick Games, he has been tasked with scaling the marketing team and supporting the wider business and brand. This includes exploring new markets, driving customer acquisition and boosting retention.

“We are at the start of such an adventure with new markets, products, features and experiences on the horizon,” read a statement from Carrington. “I have been hugely impressed with the hunger and desire within the business to really change the game and how the entire team is working together to do this. Maverick Games really does stand out from the crowd and I am proud to be joining the operator as it continues to blaze its own path.”

Daly joins Maverick Games from a stint in North America where he has been helping drive awareness of a major brand. Prior to that, he worked for William Hill. At Maverick Games, he will assist Carrington in scaling the marketing department and acquiring and retaining customers at scale.

“Being a maverick is all about doing things differently and this is certainly something that resonates with me in my personal life,” said Daly. “With the foundations already laid, the sky really is the limit when it comes to Maverick Games providing players with the safety and security they need to enjoy a fully licensed crypto gambling experience.”

Maverick Games allows players to blaze their own path and is pushing boundaries when it comes to crypto sports betting and casino. It is fully licensed by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission and has held its license since 2018.

“I’m so excited for the next phase of the Maverick brand, including the launch of poker, securing additional licenses and evolving the experience we offer to players,” the Managing Director for Maverick Games, Kendra Ross, said. “Every decision we make is about how we can best serve our players and especially providing them with a safe place to gamble so they can focus on having fun. Bringing on Dan, Danny and Ruairi will certainly help drive us towards that goal. Their wealth of experience when it comes to creating unrivalled player experiences at some of the biggest brands in the business is a huge asset for us and our customers.”

George Miller (Gyorgy Molnar) started his career in content marketing and has started working as an Editor/Content Manager for our company in 2016. George has acquired many experiences when it comes to interviews and newsworthy content becoming Head of Content in 2017. He is responsible for the news being shared on multiple websites that are part of the European Gaming Media Network.

QTech Games, the leading game aggregator across all emerging markets, has continued to maintain the momentum in its premium pipeline, as evidenced by its latest deal with BEON, an emerging force in the slots space, whose first raft of games is crash games-focussed.

Integrating a progressive portfolio from one of the most productive and innovative developers in the sector adds more muscle to QTech Games’ proprietary platform, which is leading the way across growth markets like LatAm and Africa. In a progressive production line that will span different slots genres, BEON is also committed to launching games tailored to specific partner requests, while simultaneously growing its portfolio with a new wave of titles in development.

As a result BEON is building a reputation for creating high-quality, immersive games with standout features that set them apart in any igaming domain, thanks to a smooth performance running off agile mechanics which are dedicated to gameplay precision and optimal retention. Its first five games to be released comprise Skydot, Fury Flight, Redy, Nomad and Orizon, while BEON’s unique Crash Game Generator tool allows operator partners to launch customised content inside 24 hours.

This collaboration delivers a targeted range of localized content, enabling QTech Games to continue to meet the varied preferences of players across emerging markets, while supporting both companies’ ambitions for global growth.

Philip Doftvik, QTech Games’ CEO, said: “BEON’s initial rollout of eye-catching crash games is premised on clever mechanics, easily intelligible gameplay, high payouts and colourful graphics, which are breaking up an often-copycat environment. This kind of content is well-suited to LatAm and African markets, which directly tracks our ongoing expansion throughout these territories. These games are robust, scalable, and future-ready – so, we look forward to seeing what’s next. ”

Saba Chkheidze, Managing Partner at BEON, added: “Partnering with QTech Games constitutes the perfect opportunity for us to bolster our product distribution across emerging markets and deliver our fantastic crash games to more and more top-tier operators.

“It’s a collaboration which marks a step-change in BEON’s growth strategy across untapped markets like Latin America and Africa, where we hope our games will connect with many new players. Aside from crash games, our roadmap is packed with fresh concepts and slots titles that aim to combine engaging gameplay with solid technical performance, ensuring that our partners and players always have something new to look forward to.”
