BeyondPlay, the B2B start-up developing next-generation engagement software for online operators, has been granted a licence by the UKGambling Commission.

The securing of a Remote Casino Host and Gambling Software Licence from the Gambling Commission follows the granting of a B2B Critical Supply Licence from the Malta Gaming Authority in December 2022.

The GB licence is another major milestone for BeyondPlay, which offers a portfolio of community-oriented products that transform solo game sessions into captivating multiplayer entertainment experiences. Further licence applications are underway for OntarioSweden and various US jurisdictions.

Karolina Pelc, Founder and CEO of BeyondPlay, said: “This stamp of approval marks a momentous occasion, as BeyondPlay will introduce new and thrilling gaming experiences, offering unparalleled entertainment value and community play for real-money gaming operators in Great Britain.

“Our Multiplayer product boasts an array of features that exceed standard responsible gaming requirements. These features include low-stake and community-pooled betting, spectator mode and time-outs, which ensure that players can enjoy the product in a secure and enjoyable environment.

“We are extremely grateful to the team at Harris Hagan and our investors for their advice, cooperation and support throughout what has been a detailed and thorough qualification process, especially given the evolving nature of the product and investment structure of the business.”

Bahar Alaeddini, Partner at Harris Hagan, added: “We are very pleased to have navigated BeyondPlay through their licence application and to have played a part in their journey to obtaining a GB licence.

“Karolina and her fantastic team worked diligently, passionately and relentlessly, and always with good humour, throughout the process. We are thrilled for them and excited to watch BeyondPlay grow and see the opportunities that lay ahead.”

In February 2023, LeoVegas Group divested its initial 25 per cent shareholding in BeyondPlay to a group of strategic investors, including venture firm Bettor Capital. In under two years, BeyondPlay had generated a 73 per cent return for the Group’s investment arm, LeoVentures, and the transaction formed part of BeyondPlay’s larger fundraising effort, which is now complete and to be announced in due course.

The start-up has already secured four tier-one partners for its solutions, in CasumoComeOn GroupLeoVegas Group and Soft2Bet, with roll-out scheduled throughout Q2 and Q3 of 2023, and there are more partnerships in the works.

Explainable AI technology powers tool that creates real-time marketing solutions for operators.

Xtremepush, the leading provider of CRM and loyalty marketing powered by AI, has launched its game-changing InfinityAI solution for predicting player behaviour.

Officially unveiled at this week’s SBC Summit North America 2024 in New Jersey, InfinityAI ushers in a new era of AI through predictive modelling that offers superior performance, transparency and control.

InfinityAI is set to transform operational strategies across the iGaming sector through sophisticated marketing techniques. Utilising adaptive AI technology, the solution automatically identifies best-performing models for unique data sets and use cases, which enables operators to create highly customised models on the fly in response to emerging trends.

Crucially, InfinityAI uses advanced Explainable AI (XAI) to peel back the curtain on AI’s decision-making process. This enables predictions to be made with a layer of transparency that instills trust and confidence in the technology, which is absent from AI solutions based exclusively on black-box technology where processes are hidden from view.

InfinityAI also incorporates plug-and-play models for sports betting and iGaming operators. These ready-made modules can be deployed at speed without detailed technical knowledge to gain the benefit of AI insights.

The launch of InfinityAI will further enhance player retention and stickiness for operators using Xtremepush’s technology, which harnesses a suite of optimisation and automation CRM tools to deliver personalised, relevant messaging powered by real-time data.

Tommy Kearns, CEO of Xtremepush, said: “It is a proud moment for Xtremepush to be able to unveil our revolutionary AI solution for the iGaming industry. InfinityAI offers transparent and flexible predictive modelling without limitations, identifying the best model for an operator’s unique data and use case.

“Additionally, our XAI offers complete visibility into the prediction process, empowering operators to optimise the model in real-time, resulting in unparalleled trust, accuracy and outcomes. InfinityAI will help our operators predict almost any action, behaviour and event, presenting them with an invaluable and cutting-edge retention and loyalty solution.”

Swintt journeys back through the sands of time in Egypt King Book Hunt

Calling all treasure hunters, thrill seekers and intrepid explorers with a thirst for the unknown – this month, popular premium casino software provider, Swintt, is inviting you back on an epic journey through the sands of time in its action-packed slot, Egypt King Book Hunt.

Set to a backdrop of a long-forgotten temple where mystic relics abound, Egypt King Book Hunt is the third instalment of the popular SwinttPremium series and this time combines simple gameplay and classic graphics and sound with the studio’s much-loved “Book” free spins feature.

Activated whenever three or more of the iconic ‘Book’ symbols appear anywhere on the reels, players will first be prompted to leaf through the pages of an ancient tome until one icon is chosen at random to be the game’s lucky symbol, after which a series of 10 free spins will get underway.

During these bonus games, any instances of the lucky symbol that complete a payline will expand to fill their entire reel – and what’s more, payouts will be awarded for all winning combos regardless of whether the symbols are adjacent or not. On top of that, further free spins can be won for landing additional book symbols and players can even opt to buy into the feature directly.

With Egypt King Book Hunt being available to play with 5 or 10 fixed paylines, players will be able to customise their experience to the level of variance that they’re most comfortable with and they’ll also have the chance to try and double any winnings they collect in an optional risk feature.

David Mann, Chief Executive Officer at Swintt, said: “The fact that the pyramids have stood for thousands of years is testament to them being a design classic – and we feel our Premium slots fall into much the same category! Combining iconic graphics and sound, intuitive gameplay and popular ‘Book’ free spins, we’re sure Egypt King Book Hunt will be a great addition.”
