Acroud has appointed Tricia Vella as its interim chief financial officer following the departure of Roderick Attard in December.
Tricia joined Acroud in August 2019 as a financial controller and was promoted to Head of Finance in January 2022. She comes from an audit background, having worked at PwC for seven years. Tricia has an Honours degree in Accounting from University of Malta.
Robert Andersson, CEO of Acroud, said: “I am very happy to welcome Tricia in her new role as Interim CFO, as we are preparing for an exciting time of rapid growth. She will form part of the Company’s Group Management.”
Acroud said a recruitment process for a permanent CFO is in progress.
