Zecure Gaming Unveils GUTS.com Rebrand
Zecure Gaming, part of Betsson Group, has announced a rebrand of one of its gaming brands, GUTS .com. The new rebrand includes a new logo, a new look and feel for the website, new tone of voice and some under-the-hood updates. The new branding comes after detailed research into the core brand personality by measuring brand attributes, looking at current customer demographics, analysing the perceived tone of voice, and observing playing behaviour.
These results showed that GUTS .com is a strong and well-respected brand and highlighted some of the areas that needed some added TLC. This formulated the new long-term vision for GUTS .com which is, “to entertain, be honest and instil loyalty in our players in the simplest manner possible”.
To accomplish this vision for GUTS .com, Zecure Gaming has listed four key objectives:
- Keeping things simple – from communications to user experience and how campaigns work
- Improving gamification to generate new USPs
- Being a consistent and reliable voice to customers
- Committing to product improvements
Besides sporting a new logo, GUTS .com’s brand icon was reshaped into something that is more meaningful, has stronger colours and can be better applied as a visual tool in marketing.
Speaking about the new rebrand, Andrew Valenzia, Commercial Director at Zecure Gaming, said, “we are extremely excited about this new rebranding of one of the most iconic gaming brands that has been synonymous within the iGaming industry for the last 10 years. The concept that we have come up with reflects and symbolises our vision of reintroducing GUTS .com as a brand that represents its customer base, loyal and bold. This is the first phase of many, and we are already working on making GUTS .com an even better product with a whole list of improvements and ideas that we’ve got mapped out for 2022. This is GUTS Reborn.”
GUTS .com was originally launched in May 2013 by Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) and was acquired by Betsson Group in April 2020.

WorldMatch Partners with MrBit

Nederlandse Loterij Acquires Lotify

The Dutch Lottery (Nederlandse Loterij) has completed the full acquisition of Lotify. Lotify supports sports associations, sports clubs, charities, events and businesses in organising fundraising lotteries and competitions. With this acquisition, the Dutch Lottery strengthens its position as an innovative and responsible gambling provider.
Since 2021, the Dutch Lottery has held a majority stake in Lotify. The platform offers a comprehensive solution for organising lotteries and competitions that comply with all legal requirements: from permits and technology to participant communication, draws and payouts.
Arjan Blok, CEO of the Dutch Lottery, said: “The Dutch Lottery has almost 300 years of experience organizing fun and responsible games of chance. As a fully integrated part of the Dutch Lottery, Lotify can leverage our knowledge, network, and impact even more effectively. This allows us to support even more sports federations, clubs, and charities. Especially in these times, they are looking for new ways to raise funds.”
Guy van Iperen, founder of Lotify, said: “After four years of intensive collaboration, the time has come to transfer Lotify to the Dutch Lottery. This is in line with the agreements we made in 2021, when the Dutch Lottery acquired a majority stake.
