Wazdan expands Volatility Levels™ capabilities

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Wazdan, the global supplier of igaming products, has further grown the ability of its hugely popular Volatility Levels feature by offering casino managers an opportunity to set a default level for their players.

This allows operators to offer games with a default Volatility Level of their preference. For example, a casino can launch a product aimed at VIP players with high volatility, or low volatility for recreational players, all handled by the casino manager in cooperation with the supplier.

High volatility brings bigger wins but less often, and Low volatility ushers in more frequent but smaller wins. Players looking for a more balanced experience can use the Standard mode, where win size and frequency are locked in to provide a more level playing experience.

Volatility Levels also give partners more control over retention, with one game offering multiple gameplay options through its adjustable volatility, thus appealing to a broader base of players.

Giving command of volatility to casino managers allows operators to have three versions of the same game to hand due to the adjustable levels, ensuring they can offer a more diverse array of gaming experiences depending on player preference.

Andrzej Hyla, Chief Commercial Officer at Wazdan, said: “We stand apart in the industry as the only supplier to offer games with three different levels of volatility. Now by extending that level of customization to Casino Managers, we’re able to bring added value to operators through this unique feature.

“Strengthening our relationship with operator partners is key, and this marks another positive step for us and our popular adjustable features.”

Wazdan’s Volatility Levels has recently been nominated for Industry Innovation of the Year at the upcoming SBC LatinoAmerica Awards.
