SIS (Sports Information Services), the leading multi-channel supplier of 24/7 live betting services, has appointed Simon Johnson as its new Chair.

Johnson brings with him a wealth of senior leadership experience in the commercial sports and media sector, currently holding the role of Chair of the Rugby Football League and Non-executive Director at HW Fisher, the top 25 UK chartered accountancy firm.

During his 30-year career, Johnson was Director of Corporate Affairs and Company Secretary at the Football Association, as well as Chief Operating Officer for England’s 2018 World Cup bid. He has also been CEO of Business in Sport & Leisure, was Director of Rights & Business Affairs at ITV, and, for the most recent seven years, was Chief Executive of The Jewish Leadership Council. Johnson is a qualified lawyer.
