The global slots supplier Wazdan has undertaken a major shuffle in its executive team, with a number of high-profile hires and promotions adding a wealth of experience to the provider’s workforce.

On a senior level, Tomasz Tajeldin has been brought in as a senior CRM specialist, Lukasz Kasprzyk has joined as Head of Operations, while Andrzej Hyla has been promoted to Chief Commercial Officer.

In his new role, Tajeldin will be responsible for driving Wazdan’s campaigns and planning strategy across game rollouts, bringing more than six years of iGaming experience to the supplier. Tajeldin will also take control of Wazdan’s promotional activity, centred around the supplier’s Cash Drop promotional tool.

Kasprzyk has more than seven years’ experience and will form a vital pillar in Wazdan’s CRM and Data Analysis departments, developing an engaging, customer-centric approach, while also enhancing the company’s data analysis capabilities. He will also lead Wazdan’s Account Manager team.

Like many other team members, Hyla has been working for Wazdan since the very beginning, having impressive 12 years of experience in the business. Now, his internal promotion sees him become responsible for key commercial growth in major targeted regulated markets across the globe as Wazdan looks to continue to expand its footprint.

Wazdan’s appointments have not only been limited to the executive level, with the supplier enlarging its presence globally with 39 new hires last year across all aspects of the company, including graphic designers, animators, and game developers, as well as boosting the sales and marketing teams.

Justyna Flajszer, HR Manager at Z Management, who is responsible for recruitment at Wazdan, said: “While last year presented its challenges, Wazdan continued to dynamically grow its global presence and added 39 new hires to the team during 2020. With both the senior leadership and company growing consistently, it is a very exciting time for Wazdan and we eagerly look forward to many more successes in 2021.”

Kasprzyk commented: “It is a unique moment in Wazdan history, with the company achieving great progress to date but with so many more opportunities to come. It’s great to be part of a team that is so dedicated and ambitious.” Tajeldin added: “Joining such a well-known brand is very exciting and it is fantastic to work with talented and experienced people on a daily basis.”

Hyla stated: “The past 12 months saw us achieve plenty and I can’t wait to be more involved than ever before in taking the company to new heights. There’s lots to come from Wazdan and it’s a journey we can’t wait to continue.”

FairPlay Sports Media brand and the UK’s leading odds comparison site oddschecker, has announced its latest free-to-play title launch, Euro 2024 Bet Bingo, in partnership with gamification innovator Low6.

With Euro 2024 hype building, oddschecker is offering registered users the chance to win a share of thousands of pounds in Amazon vouchers in the bingo-style game with prospective players encouraged to sign-up as soon as possible to lock in their bingo cards.

Qualified players will each receive a 25-tile bingo card one hour before kick-off for all England group matches, with prizes available for every line achieved. Each tile represents a specific event which could occur during the match, giving fans additional opportunities to cheer on the likes of corners, goalscorers, and yellow cards alongside their existing bets.

The format has previously been used for the 2024 Cheltenham Festival, with Bet Bingo proving to be a key driver of engagement throughout ongoing sporting events, as well as a boost for registrations prior to them.

The Bet Bingo sign-up period started on the 12th June 2024, and will run for England’s matches against Serbia on the 16th June, Denmark on the 20th June, and the final group match against Slovenia on the 25th June.

Stuart Simms, Group CEO of FairPlay Sports Media, said: “The summer of sport is truly upon us and we’re excited to give our registered users an extra opportunity to enjoy Euro 2024 with the launch of our latest free-to-play game with Low6.

“Following the success we saw with Bet Bingo at Cheltenham, the Euro 2024 version continues the popular format in combining the much-loved British bingo pastime with a football theme that gives additional opportunities for fans to cheer on alternative events during England’s group stage campaign.”

Jamie Mitchell, CEO of Low6, said“Few events attract the attention of a nation like the European Championships do, and we’re pleased to continue our partnership with oddschecker and FairPlay Sports Media to deliver a new free-to-play game that continues the success of our previous bingo launches.

“Giving fans the chance to win something for nothing, while delivering a new avenue of acquisition and enhanced engagement for oddschecker, Euro 2024 Bet Bingo is a must-play game for sports fans come kick-off time in Germany.”

FairPlay Sports Media has also previously worked with Low6 via its Whoscored.com brand on Ultimate Fan, a new take on the standard fantasy game which combines digital player cards and collectibles with fantasy points scoring.

DiffusionData, the pioneer and leader in real-time data streaming, today announced a new partnership with Technaura, a Germany-based IT consultancy specializing in the provision of real-time data solutions and services. The two companies have combined offerings to provide markets such as Financial Services, IoT, Telco and Healthcare with reliable and secure real-time data distribution at Internet scale.
DiffusionData’s flagship product, Diffusion, is used by companies worldwide in sectors such as financial services, eGaming, retail, travel and transportation, health, defence and digital media. The framework is purpose-built to simplify and speed data-driven, real-time application development, reduce operational costs, and economically deliver hyper-personalised data.
Technaura specializes in providing scalable, secure, and real-time data services that empower businesses to thrive in the digital age. Solutions it provides include Big Data processing, high volume data streams, consolidating scattered data flows, reliable data queues to record incoming data, scalable microservices and analytics. In addition, the company has a major focus on modernizing legacy systems and optimizing Apache Kafka environments. Its services cover all aspects of implementing solutions for big data and stream processing and the migration to new microservice-based solutions on-prem or in the cloud. Its team of experts combine deep technical expertise with a customer-centric approach to deliver innovative solutions that drive growth and unlock the full potential of data.
As a verified Gold Technology Kafka Partner, Diffusion has been developed to meet the evolving requirements of the Kafka community. In Kafka environments, data streams require transformation and enrichment for optimized and often hyper-personalized, data delivery to potentially millions of applications. Diffusion has rich data wrangling capabilities so that real-time data can be mutated and restructured in transit. Data wrangling can be the most challenging and time-intensive aspect of application development.
