BtoBet has released its latest industry report “A product-centric vs player-centric approach; How player requirements are reshaping the iGaming landscape.” The report highlights the requirement to increase player lifetime value.
The report seeks to address how the European market is reacting to an increased level of player requirements, how a tailored UX can be important for operators as they seek to retain customer loyalty, and also how a product-centric approach could be detrimental for licensees in the iGaming industry.
The report also emphasises how a tailored experience will result in an increase for each player’s Lifetime Value (LTV), whilst guiding operators on key scenarios that they must address in order to gain a competitive advantage on their competition, amongst which:
