New redevelopment plans have been submitted to Leeds City Council for the redevelopment of Alea Casino, following the lapse of previously approved plans.

Alea Casino previously had plans approved to redevelop the premises into offices and a cafe, but have since lapsed. The new application, which has been submitted, includes a proposal to change the use of the building from its former gambling activity to that of business offices and commercial premises. The planning proposal is reported to include a new roof terrace, cinema, events space and plans to convert the premises into a business lounge and cafe.

A statement on the proposals was released: “The design of the internal layout is intended to provide flexible workspace that will appeal to occupies seeking to be part of a vibrant and creative community building on the success of other proposals brought forward by Allied London. A range of workspaces are therefore provided within the building.”

A full review of the Roulette77 roulette guide. Learn how to play the most popular gambling game and become a master of each of its formats

Roulette77 Review: A Detailed Look

Roulette is easily one of the most popular casino games in the world and one that takes minutes to learn but a long time to master. To become a true roulette player, one needs to learn more than just how to place bets and hope for a good outcome, and Roulette77 is the place to go to learn it.

With an extensive database of both text and video content for novice roulette players, the site teaches everything about playing roulette in a fashion that is easy to adopt and does not require any prior knowledge of the game or any of its elements.

The site was started in 2018 and had been offering players a chance to become better roulette players ever since. Online casino players can now quickly and easily learn everything about the devil’s wheel, in a single place. Let’s take a look at what Roulette77 has to offer and how you can benefit from it.

Roulette Games Broken Down

Roulette is a word that refers to more than just one game, as there are multiple versions of it available, especially in online casinos. Most frequently, players encounter European Roulette and American Roulette, and these two versions are the primary focus of Roulette77.

The site offers a dedicated section for each of the two roulette versions, teaching you about the wheel layout, possible inside and outside bets, and the payouts you can expect from each bet you make. The guide also goes into specifics on the house edge in each of the games and what makes one better than the other.

For players looking to actually get into the game of roulette and become real players, Roulette77 also offers roulette simulator, in which you can try different versions of the game provided by some of the top software developers in the world and see how it feels to be part of the action.

Live Dealer Roulette Revealed

Live dealer roulette is something that many players who enjoy the game are spending most of their time with. This version offers online players a chance to experience the feeling of playing in a real live casino, and it is available at many online casino sites.

At Roulette77, players are given a chance to learn how to play live dealer roulette without actually having to deposit any money or sign up to an online casino just yet. The live dealer section covers all the basic concepts you will need to know in order to start playing for real cash in the future.

Best Roulette Sites and Bonuses

Once you have gone through all the instructional materials and are ready to start playing for real, Roulette77 also provides a list of the absolute best online casino sites for roulette players. Pick any of the sites from the list, find out what kind of a welcome bonus you can receive, and start getting ready to play with real cash on the line.

The entire site is available to players in a variety of languages, making it a true gem for any roulette novice. These include English, German, French, Chinese, Indian, Arabic, Italian, Spanish, to name just a few, and each version provides the full content. You will not need to speak any foreign language to become a great roulette player, and this is one of the few places on the internet that provides that opportunity. What’s more, once you have chosen a language, you will be directed only to online casinos at which you can play from your country, so no confusion will arise once you try to sign up to play real money roulette.

Italian VLT Market Suffers Setback due to New Rules

italy Italian VLT Market Suffers Setback due to New RulesReading Time: < 1 minute

The Video Lottery Terminal (VLT) market of Italy is suffering from the major setback as they have to comply with any restrictions imposed.

Italian gaming company Gamenet reported that VLT revenue of the first two weeks of 2020 has reduced by one third as compared to the same time period of last year.

According to the new rule, players need to insert the government-issued health card to access the VLT machine. This has been done to restrict the involvement of the youth accessing the machine. Many believe that this has been done in order to monitor the signs of problem gambling behaviour. However, the government denies this. Some of the operators have also complained that this has been done to force away tourists and other residents who do not have government health cards.

As per a local TV station, one of the operators was found giving access to the VLT to the tourists who do not have the health card. However, they had a special card to access the VLT machine and that has been termed as a loophole to the system.

There has been more set back on the VLT operators due to tax increase on VLT and Amusement with prizes (AWP). It is being said that the players have started losing interest in the VLT and also the machines had to be taken offline to reconfigure the necessary changes.
