Global Lottery Monitoring System (GLMS) is joining hands with the EU ERASMUS European-wide education and training programme to launch ‘IntegriSport Project’, which aims to raise awareness and improve training standards among European-wide law enforcement authorities/stakeholders with regards to identifying sport manipulations/corruptions.

IntegriSport will be led by Project Manager Norbert Rubicsek, who said: “I am delighted that GLMS is a partner to this project. I am looking forward to further cooperating with GLMS and I am sure that with the years of expertise in the Sport Integrity field and thanks to its global network, GLMS will significantly contribute to the success of our project.”

GLMS President Ludovico Calvi added: “It is with great pleasure that we are part of this important initiative. GLMS is very well placed to support the project partners in the development and deliverance of the educational tools and we look forward to the next steps to cooperate effectively with all key stakeholders.”

The GLMS will offer two training disciplines i) The Research Phase and ii) Awareness/Knowledge Raising.

In the development of IntegriSport modules, GLMS and ERASMUS are supported by the Foundation for Sport Integrity and seven European law enforcement agencies.
