William Hill promotes Robin Terrell as the chair for Corporate Audit & RiskReading Time: 1 minute

 

William Hill has promoted Robin Terrell as the new chair of the firm’s corporate Audit & Risk Management Committee, replacing the current Audit Chair David Lowden. Appointed as a William Hill non-executive director in 2016, Terrell has been a member of the bookmaker’s Audit & Risk Management Committee since 2017.

Terrell is the former Chief Customer Officer of Tesco Plc (2013–2016) and Managing Director of John Lewis UK (2008–2011). He also served as a governance advisor to Tesco Mobile, Lazada Group and Amara Living.

William Hill governance has committed to undertake major recruitment and resources drive bolstering its William Hill US division led by North America Chief Executive Joe Asher.
