Relax Gaming, the innovative casino games and platform supplier, and AGS (“AGS” or the “Company”) (NYSE: AGS), owner of quality, proprietary titles as well as distributor of best-of-breed third-party content, today announced a monumental reciprocal platform-to-platform agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, Relax Gaming and AGS will become key distribution partners to global operators for each other’s game content.

Popular products from AGS and its selected partners will be made available to Relax Gaming’s growing network of operators, with AGS reciprocating by hosting games from Relax Gaming and its Silver Bullet and Powered By studios. This is a significant development within the platform aggregation industry, in which two highly respected platforms join forces to widen distribution to their operator bases.

Relax Gaming Chief Executive Officer Daniel Eskola said, “We are proud to have forged this deal with AGS and we look forward to being the foremost distributor of this exciting product portfolio in Europe’s regulated markets.

“Transparency and open communication are central to our new proposition as we continue to put our strategy for global distribution and collaboration into practice. We’re taking great strides towards building one of the most comprehensive content networks, with a benchmark for quality and a fresh and dependable approach to delivery. We’re grateful that this has been recognized by a provider that is as respected as AGS.”

AGS President and Chief Executive Officer David Lopez said, “This agreement further builds our presence in Europe with one of the industry’s most forward-thinking platform providers. We are excited to be able to release our quality proprietary and aggregated content to Relax Gaming and, in turn, receive reciprocal, best-of-breed titles for our expanding operator base. This is an important partnership and we look forward to capitalizing on this opportunity with Relax Gaming.”

Relax Gaming is well-positioned to become a new breed of supplier, offering fresh content and over 280 games, including proprietary slots titles such as Erik the Red, Zombie Circus, and Epic Joker. With a rapidly expanding portfolio, the partnership with AGS stands to benefit not only Relax, but its Silver Bullet and Powered By partners as well.

Following its recent acquisition of Gameiom, AGS is poised to release its proprietary game content that has seen so much success in the U.S. land-based casino markets. Along with a growing library of partner titles, the AGS iGaming Platform features more than 1,000 quality games to offer to the online global industry.

AMATIC Industries, an integrated supplier of premium gaming products, in collaboration with Comatel, has reported an excellent Fería International del Juego (FER) show in Madrid.

There was plenty to see as Comatel secured a large stand to house the AMATIC solutions. AMATIC Industries presented the latest Roulette Grand Jeu with the stylish, brand new Corona II overhead design that incorporates a large screen that can be viewed from both sides. This is an excellent way to portray the GO FOR GOLD bonus game which has been created especially for the Spanish market. Another highlight at the FER was the introduction of a further bonus game called LET’S PARTY.

Leopold Öller, Director at AMATIC Industries, summed up the response from the FER, stating, “It was a great opportunity to see our valued customers in Spain. Thanks to our unique partnership with Comatel our games have become extremely popular throughout the country. We are always focusing on bringing new innovations to strengthen our position here. We were able to do this in all areas – with our Corona II on the Roulette Grand Jeu, our new Amarox C24 Nero and new games for our Multiliner as well as the focus on our Landscape solution. We were very pleased with the response.”

7-16 Delaware North Sues Miomni Gaming Over Fraudulent ClaimsReading Time: 1 minute

Delaware North, the US based casino operator, has filed a lawsuit against its sports betting joint venture partner Miomni Gaming.

The operator is seeking monetary damages through the suit filed in the Chancery Court of Delaware, including Miomni’s 49% stake in the BetLucky joint venture, which the supplier is apparently refusing to give up. The joint venture was made to launch the BetLucky sports betting platform. Delaware North then terminated the contract earlier this month.

The operator claims Miomni made fraudulent claims to induce it to enter into a joint venture, as well as of wilfully breaching a limited liability company agreement governing the operation of BetLucky.

Delaware North claims that Miomni and chief executive Venner repeatedly claimed to own intellectual property rights to the platform, including the source code for the front end and back end of the platform.
