The UK-based gambling company Rank Group has appointed William “Bill” Floydd, the former Experian executive, as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
He will join on 12 November and is likely to be inducted to the board in the near future.
Floydd made his mark as the Experian CFO for during his tenure of five years. He led several M&A projects, most importantly the investment in London & Country Mortgages.
Floydd had also worked in Logica Plc, prior to its acquisition by CGI Group Inc., in various roles such as North American CFO, Group Financial Controller, UK CFO and Deputy Group CFO.
