The German-based gaming company Gauselmann Group has appointed Mark Schertle as the new chief operating officer to its UK operating company Praesepe.
He will report to the CEO Stefan Bruns.
Schertle’s appointment is part of the recently initiated management re-structuring at Praesepe.
“With the UK market the second largest after Germany, British business is of great importance to us. We are therefore putting in place a broad-based management team,” Dieter Kuhlmann, Gauselmann group management board member, gaming operations, said.
“Mark Schertle had many years of international and multi-disciplinary experience at managerial level.”
In his new role, Schertle will be in charge of operations, HR, marketing, products and technology and real estate.
