Online gambling revenue soars in New JerseyReading Time: 1 minute

 

The combined revenues of all gambling operators continue to soar for the seventh straight month in September. The total gambling revenue for the month was $25.75 million. Golden Nugget remains the leader, posting a revenue of over $8 million.

The other operators registered a revenue of nearly$4 million. Borgata, the second in terms of revenue, posted $4.5 million in revenue.

 

Highlights of revenue report

  • Online gambling revenue of $25,752,461 represents the second-highest monthly total since launch.
  • Online casino revenue of $24,142,472 is the most for any month ever, exceeding $20 million for the ninth consecutive month.
  • Total revenue exceeded $20 million for the 19th consecutive month.
  • Total year-over-year revenue was up more than 26 per cent from last September ($20.4 million).
