Paf acquires Swedish gaming company Proactive GamingReading Time: 1 minute

Paf, the gambling operator based in Mariehamn, Åland Islands, has acquired the Proactive Gaming Scandinavia AB, the Swedish gaming company known for its bingo supplies.

This is the culmination of the four-year association of the companies. In 2014, Proactiva started supplying bingo products to Paf.

Proactive, headquartered in Norrköping, offers unique and flexible gaming solutions, especially bingo products. The acquisition gives Paf the capability to further develop the product to meet the needs of its vertical market.

“Bingo is an important product category for Paf, and this acquisition will enable us to better manage and develop more unique gaming experience for our customers at Paf.com,” says Paf CEO Christer Fahlstedt.

Because of the previous smooth co-operation, Paf believes that the post-acquisition transition is smooth.

“We greatly appreciate Proactive’s extensive technical know-how and welcome members of the Norrköping team to Pafi. Since we have been working with Proactive dedicated professionals for many years, we know that they are an important addition to our organization, “says Fahlstedt.
