Edgeless project found a new way to exploit blockchain

Edgeless project found a new way to exploit blockchainReading Time: 2 minutes

September 4, 2018 — World‘s first blockchain smart contracts casino Edgeless is expanding their platform with a new and unique multiplayer betting game, Crash. This is the fourth game Edgeless clients are offered to play using Edgeless tokens (EDG).

Crash is not a usual casino game, and we believe that its blockchain version will be particularly appealing to the crypto community. The game works a bit like the crypto industry – it has a curve that keeps increasing in value but can crash at any time, meaning if you’re lucky, you can win a lot of money, and if you’re not, you may lose it all in a short space of time. The experience can be likened to buying cryptocurrencies, the only difference is that you’re doing it on the Edgeless platform”, says Edgeless co-founder Tomas Draksas.

The new addition marks the start of a new, multiplayer games category on Edgeless platform, as Crash is one of the most notable multiplayer betting games in the world.

Mr. Draksas believes that this is the future of online betting since the industry is shifting from single player betting towards multiplayer experience. This is especially evident in blockchain markets as cryptocurrency users feel the demand for fair and clear services.

Ethereum-based smart contracts platform provides all this. Edgeless users may check how any game round they’ve played was seeded (hashed). This option is available for all the games on Edgeless platform – Dice, Blackjack, Baccarat and, from now on, Crash.

We have tried out the new game with our VIP testing community, and the feedback is amazing. Edgeless users are eager to try out this new feature. Crash will open up a new market of multiplayer betting, and we believe that it will help us and our clients make most of blockchain possibilities. We are expecting fast and swift user adoption and additional stream of users that will help us grow our business even faster”, says Mr. Draksas.

Edgeless is one of the early ICO projects that has a product for mass consumer. Their online platform was launched on December last year, it is one of the rare examples of a working blockchain project generating real business results. Edgeless is also the first crypto casino that has received an official Curacao gambling license.

Users who are interested in their games must have EDG tokens which they can buy using a bunch of exchanges and even a credit card. Up until now more than 67 million EDG tokens have been wagered on Edgeless casino. According to today’s estimates, the total value of those tokens exceeds 19 million USD.

Total EDG tokens supply currently is more than 95 million EDG with a market cap of more than 27 million USD.

Edgeless project has already received vast recognition in ICO community, their founders are often invited to participate in various market-related conferences and events.
