Bet365 suffers huge blow, license revoked and blacklisted in Romania
Following the article we have published last week, thanks to the investigation organised by the editors of Ponturi-Bune.ro, the anticipated has become the status. The Romanian Gambling License which enabled Bet365 to operate on the Romanian market has been revoked. On top of that the operator’s website has been blacklisted by the ONJN(NOG) and has been added in the forbidden operators section, awaiting the complete ban by the Romanian media operators and ISPs. “Please note that by the no. 2723 decision published on 13.10.2015, the right of HILLSIDE GAMING LP and HILLSIDE SPORTS LP jointly offering gambling services by their gaming platform accessible via the website bet365.com has been canceled. The company has been warned not to accept players who access their site from Romanian IPs or Romanian players under the law from this day forward and to remit all funds of the players that have registered a game account. We warned the players that they have 30 days to withdraw all amounts held in accounts of the operator, period after which all access to the site will be restricted. We also inform all players that in accordance with the 22nd Article, paragraph 6 of the GEO No.77 / 2009 on the organization and operation of gambling, “all offenses are punishable by a fine varing between 5.000 and 10.000 RON(€1400-€2500) for the participation of Romanian individuals in remote gambling activities which are not authorized by O.N.J.N., as defined in the 10th Article in the 1st paragraph. at h) -n).”

Two major announcements from BEGE Expo and EEGS: Mark your calendars
The Balkan Entertainment & Gaming Expo (BEGE Expo) and the Eastern European Gaming Summit (EEGS) celebrate their 10th anniversary this year. Due to the big interest for both events the organizers made two major announcements – BEGE will outspread in one more hall and EEGS will start one day earlier than the announced date.

Habanero signs an outstanding deal with BBIN
A new partnership agreement will see content from quality slots and table games developer Habanero go live with the BBIN Group.
Under the agreement, the supplier will give the software company access to its complete product portfolio of HTML5 games for all of its white label sites.
Recent releases from Habanero, including Fire Rooster, Bird of Thunder, and Panda Panda, have also been made available to the aggregator.
Daniel Long, Head of Sales at Habanero, said the deal was a game-changer for the supplier and one of the company’s most important to date.
He added: “By partnering with BBIN, we have significantly expanded our presence around the world, which means even more players will be able to enjoy our games.
“Many of them will be a natural fit with BBIN’s customers, but it is the diversity and variety of content that will appeal the most.”
