Thursday 1st October 2015, LONDON – Following the passing of the Gambling (Amendment) Act 2015 on August 1st, the Irish authorities started regulating the online gambling services that address the country’s citizens. As a consequence of this important event for the industry, betting operators are required to obtain a licence before providing online services in Ireland.
