We have managed to get a sneak peak on how affiliates are preparing before they jet off to an affiliate conference. So we’ve asked our friends at LatestCasinoBonuses.com to give us an overview of how they plan their trip to the upcoming London Affiliate Conference and what are their key expectations from such a event. Read bellow how the super-affiliates do conferences:
Long before the conference in Berlin we were feeling the excitement of the fast approaching London Affiliate Conference, the biggest one yet! To say we are looking forward to it would be an understatement and the LCB team is, for the longest time, preparing to make the best of this hugely important industry event. Nik and Ema are keenly aware of the potential a large scale event like this carries, everything is there, concentrated in 45,000m², giving us the unique opportunity to have the whole industry at our fingertips (and we don’t mean keyboard). Unfortunately, this time around we won’t have the gracefulness and professionalism of Melanie Attwell on our side, although she was fully involved in every aspect of preparation for the conference, making sure everything runs smoothly. The team is also excited about the Awards dinner, which is for the first time free for all operators and affiliates. We will be sitting next to one of our lovely long term partners – Affiliate Edge; having a fun time no doubt, as always (it’s impossible to snooze next to Martyn and Stephen)!
When traveling to conferences, the LCB team generally prefers Airbnb accommodation over official hotels, which allows us to avoid the hustle and bustle at the official hotel and being bombarded by casino programs. This approach also proved to be more affordable especially when 2 or more people sign up for the conference. We are all big travellers here at LCB and we love to experience every city like locals, that’s why we’re always looking to book in the most bustling areas of town, filled with cafes and hip restaurants, all in walking distance. We hate being stuck out in the conference/industrial areas where it’s not enjoyable to walk around and it’s far from everything, cough cough Amsterdam!
Already half of our meetings have been booked and we are excited to see our existing and future partners and show them how far we have come with new ideas, creative solutions and our new design. The LCB team practices meeting time slots that are no more than 30 minutes, and one 30 minute lunch break to re-energize with food and catch our breath. This system was introduced by our ever-so-productive and organized marketing manager Melanie, designed to bring max results. Nik has a more relaxed, cool approach with an outcome in long lasting friendships and professional bonds.
We are proud and happy to showcase the success that is WizardofOdds.com and Gamesandcasino.com and present the obvious potential both sites bring to everyone involved. We are excited about our new up-and-coming LatestCasinoBonuses.com website which boasts a custom made forum, responsive design and easier navigation. This is only a small portion of what we are bringing to the table and all of it will be available in form of a pamphlet we’ll be giving out. Our strategy is fast, concise and productive meetings that will result in even better future cooperation; strengthening the professional and personal bonds we already have with a lot of leading and well-known names in the industry; networking and always, being present in the moment, observant and ready to learn and advance.
For all of those who haven’t registered yet to attend the LAC, be sure to do it, it’s free for affiliates and it’s a must attend event of the year.
