GLI names new chief operating officer in Australia

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is welcoming its new GLI Australia chief operating officer (COO) Erdal Eskin.

With over 20 years of experience in the Australian gaming industry, Eskin has forged strong relationships with the clients he has worked with and has served in various progressive roles within the industry.

As GLI Australia COO, Eskin manages GLI’s Sydney laboratory and oversees operations and supplier relations for each of the GLI’s three Australian-based laboratories in Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne.

GLI Australia’s chief executive officer Ian Hughes said, “We are extremely fortunate to have Erdal join our team of professionals. With a proven ability to build high-performing teams of experts, he will be an asset to the GLI team. The connections he’s cultivated are invaluable, and we are looking forward to his expertise and ability to strengthen our Australian teams.

Eskin has stepped into various high-level positions in his career, including Engineering Manager and General Manager of Engineering. With vast experience managing different departments within an organisation and providing effective leadership to the employees he has overseen, Eskin has the unique ability to strengthen client relationships and ensure technical compliance issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Eskin holds a Bachelor of Engineering, Electrical, from University of Technology, Sydney. He has also obtained various industry licenses, including: NSW Poker Machine Technician’s License; NSW Casino Special Employee License; NSW Electrical Contractor’s License; and Tasmania Gaming Technician’s License.

George Miller began his career in content marketing before joining the HIPTHER team in 2016 as an Editor and Content Manager. His ability to distill complex regulatory data into newsworthy B2B content led to his appointment as Head of Content in 2017.…
